AUTO COLLISION
If you are in an auto
accident that was not your fault, you may be able to legally collect
3 times the amount of your medical bills. Your personal auto
insurance may pay your medical bills and 80% of your lost wages up
to the limits of your personal injury protection (PIP) coverage.
Your group health insurance may also pay. The insurance company of
the driver at fault may owe you for your total medical bills, total
lost wages, pain and suffering, mental anguish, disfigurement, and
loss of physical ability, where applicable, even if you have already
been paid by your own PIP or group health insurance. Your spouse may
be entitled to recover for damages to your marital relationship
